2. Use of Location (GPS) Data

Our 'Autofill from My Location' feature is 100% voluntary:

  • Location is only accessed when you explicitly click the button and grant browser permission.
  • The coordinates are converted into an address via OpenStreetMap Nominatim solely within your browser.
  • Coordinates are attached as a Google Maps link in your WhatsApp message so the rider can easily find your home.
  • We never track your ongoing or background location.

3. How is Your Information Used?

Your details are used exclusively for:

  • Sourcing your items from local stores.
  • Confirming pricing and delivery time via WhatsApp or phone call.
  • Delivering your goods safely to your doorstep.

4. Zero Database Storage

Sarvento is a pure static frontend website. When you click 'Send Order on WhatsApp', your form data is encoded in your browser and handed over to WhatsApp. Our site has no server database to store your contact info.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with trusted third-party services:

  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.): Used for order communication, governed by WhatsApp's End-to-End Encryption and privacy policy.
  • OpenStreetMap (Nominatim): An open-source geocoding API to resolve coordinates into street addresses.
  • Google Maps: To help delivery riders navigate to your exact pinned location.

6. Data Sharing

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to marketing agencies or third parties. Your conversations and orders remain private between you and our support team.

7. Your Consent and Rights

By using our site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. You can delete your chat history anytime on WhatsApp or request our team to remove your contact info from delivery records.
